Is there a minimum Order?

No, there is not a minimum order, however please bear in mind that standard shipping rates will apply

How do I make purchases online?

Click on the product and it will be added to your cart from where you will be taken to our easy to use check out page.

How can I track my order

Once we have processed your order we will send you a mail with the tracking details.

What are your Payment options?

You can make payment using Ozow or EFT

What is your store hours?

The store is open 24/7 however order processing will only be done Monday's to Fridays between 9am and 5pm

Do you take returns?

Yes. Products can only be returned if :
Rooibos Store couriered the incorrect quantity or product.
The product is faulty.
The incorrect product was sent.
The product or the packaging was damaged.
The product was damaged by the courier or the Post Office.
The product was short packed.
You must return a product within 14 days of invoice date or contact us immediately when receiving your products
